We limit the number of assignments we take on at any given time to allow us to provide a shortlist in 1 to 2 weeks, with a typical vacancy closing (accepted offer) in 3 to 4 weeks.

We like to reward clients who commit to working with us with an cost effective solution that is usually lower than a Traditional Contingent Recruitment Service. We can offer a fixed fee or percentage of salary structure.

We find that a Search is effective for Senior, Mid-Level and Specialist roles. If you want to have the choice of passive AND active candidates then a Search is the only way to achieve that balance.
